These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, Speech Check, and clinician dashboard provided by Skyline Innovation Inc. ("Skyline", "we", "us").
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use our services
You must be at least 16 years old to use Speech Check or create an account.
2. Not a medical device or diagnosis
Speech Check and the clinician dashboard are designed for speech practice, home exercises and progress tracking.
They do not diagnose medical conditions, and they do not replace clinical judgement.
The clinician version is built and undergoing compliance and cybersecurity testing. It is not currently cleared or approved for clinical decision-making in any jurisdiction.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the services legally and ethically
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Not misuse, distribute or reverse-engineer the software
4. Payments and refunds
For Speech Check:
- One-time purchase grants lifetime access to the consumer version
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies unless otherwise stated
- Prices may change in the future (not retroactive to existing users)
For clinics and clinicians, pricing is provided through quotes or agreements.
5. Intellectual property
Skyline owns all rights to the website, designs, app features, code, user interface, trademarks, and content unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline is not liable for:
- Losses from misuse of Speech Check or clinician tools
- Decisions made without clinical supervision
- Service interruptions, delays, or data loss
7. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise security or safety.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect improvements or regulatory requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
